The rooftop view was amazing
The rooftop bar offered fine views of the skyline, the perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring. The location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions.
The check-in process was annoyingly slow due to overbooking, and it took longer than expected to get into the room we had reserved.

The hotel was very busy, very loud, and crowds in the lobby. I had waits of over 30 minutes to catch a cab. I felt unsafe in hallways & elevators, going to bedroom, many drunk people about.

Location, View, Bar, Buzz, Concierge service.
The cost of Car parking, $59 a day, even if you're staying there. The cost of room service, $12 for a coffee. The Carpets. The cost of the mini bar, $22 for a mini bottle of wine. Also if you knock one of the snacks off there inferred places by accident you get charged even if you put it back and don't eat it.
